 EENY-TINY TERRACE TROT PARTICIPATION: \n Each participant must sign a part
 icipation waiver before participating in the event. Registrants under 18 y
 ears of age must have the waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian in o
 rder to participate. In addition\, parents with children under 10 years mu
 st accompany them on the race course. \n Any participant seeking accommoda
 tions may submit a request via email to union@union.wisc.edu at least one 
 (1) week prior to the event. \n REGISTRATION &amp\; RACE KIT PICK-UP: \n P
 articipants must pick up their Race Kits between 9:00 am - 10:30 am on the
  morning of the race. \n A Race Kit (Bib\, Bracelet\, and Food &amp\; Beve
 rage Tickets) will NOT be released without a valid Confirmation e-mail and
 /or valid Photo ID. \n Individuals will NOT BE PERMITTED to pick up Race K
 its on behalf of others\, with the exception of a parent/guardian of a rac
 e participant under the age of 18. \n PARTICIPANT CONDUCT &amp\; SAFETY: \
 n Participants must follow the designated route and obey all instructions 
 from volunteers and security personnel. \n Be courteous to fellow runners 
 and spectators. No pushing or aggressive behavior will be tolerated. Also 
 no littering - use designated trash bins along the route. \n For the safet
 y and enjoyment of all event participants\, the course is restricted to re
 gistered participants and official race personnel only. \n The use of whee
 led devices by participants or any other person authorized to be on the co
 urse shall be strictly limited to (a) wheelchairs or any other mobility-re
 lated assistive technology devices OR (b) baby joggers or strollers. \n No
  bikes (please use the bike racks!)\, roller blades\, skateboards\, Frisbe
 es and other flying discs or ball play. \n No dogs/pets allowed at the TTT
 T\, except for service dogs. The Event Organizers may ask if a dog is a se
 rvice animal\, and will proceed according to The Wisconsin Union pet polic
 y. \n If feeling unwell or injured\, participants should immediately seek 
 help from the nearest volunteer or medical station. \n Volunteers and secu
 rity personnel reserve the right to delay\, cancel or suspend the race due
  to factors in accordance with Emergency Protocol on severe emergencies an
 d/or weather. \n COURSE MONITORING: \n All participants must be registered
  and visibly display their race bibs at all times during the race. \n Any 
 participant who refuses to follow the directions of event officials\, incl
 uding fire and police officials\, city officials or course marshals\, or w
 ho conduct themselves in an unsportsmanlike manner\, or who is offensive b
 y action or language to officials\, volunteers\, participants or spectator
 s may be disqualified and banned from future participation at the discreti
 on of race officials. \n Participants shall assemble in the turnaround spa
 ce on N Park St for the race no less than 10 minutes prior to the race sta
 rt. \n When passing the finish line\, participants must follow the directi
