DESCRIPTION:Advancing data-driven systems biology approaches to study metab
olic variations in cancer. Dr. Zhang will describe "data-driven and AI emp
owered systems biology\," a research framework developed by his lab that a
ims to quantify biological processes and approximate its dynamic property
using non-time course omics data. By applying this approach to different d
isease systems\, the lab identified new drug targets to improve the effici
ency of immunotherapy for cancer treatment and predicted the trend of meta
bolic shifts throughout cancer progression.\n\nPasscode: 343271\n\nCONTACT
