 \, a distinguished UW School of Medicine and Public Health alumnus.. We ar
 e honored to welcome Hillary Lum\, MD ’08\, PhD ’06\, a geriatrician\,
  palliative care physician\, and associate professor in the Department of 
 Medicine – Division of Geriatric Medicine at the University of Colorado.
  Dr. Lum conducts patient-centered outcomes research to improve care for o
 lder adults with serious illness\, including persons living with dementia 
 and their family care partners. Her research focuses on developing and imp
